• The "Insurance Processed" report, given daily to each therapist, lists E.O.B. data that has been processed that day. You'll see what is getting paid...what is not getting paid...and why claims are not getting paid. If there is a problem, you'll find out right away.
• The "Where's My Money" report shows exactly what money is owed...who owes it...and for what date of service. For insurance money, you'll even see how many weeks have lapsed since followup.
• The "How am I Doing?" report provides great performance statistics...on admissions, sessions, average co-pay collected, average collection per session, average sessions per admission...and so on.
• The "Status of Authorizations" keeps the therapist abreast of authorizations.
• The medicaid reports lets therapists now when it's time to perform special Medicaid procedures (Pre-treatment assessments in Nebraska, for instance)
