Improve productivity
Auto-posting of family payments:
Family payments automatically post to the "right" account...and
to the "right" service date. The user does not have to
spend time "applying" payments...and transferring credits
around.
Auto-billing and configuration:
This allows you to setup billing rules for each insurance company...so
that users don't have to deal with it on a daily basis. The software
knows what to bill...when to bill...and how to bill. Only rarely
do any adjustments have to be made to printed Hcfas.
Batch entry of insurance checks:
When an insurance check is processed, the check information is entered
first...followed by all the client detail from the E.O.B...so that
the payment detail adds up to the insurance check total. You can
balance "as you go", so when you're done entering, the
cash receipt report can be reconciled to the bank deposit in just
a couple minutes.
Account management reports:
Two key reports...the "Client Statement" and "What
Insurance Paid and Why" gives families an immediate understanding
of their account. Missing from the reports are transfers and adjustments
that baffle families. The result is far fewer billing questions.
Sharing of family data: Family
members share a lot of data...addresses, insurance policies, responsible
parties, and so on. This data is only entered once for a family...saving
data-entry time, while simplifying changes to that data. You don't
have to re-enter the client for each therapist he sees!
Claims authorization system: The
authorization system is very simple...you just enter the authorization
and the software does the rest. There is no tedious tagging of authorizations
to sessions. The authorization reports keeps therapists informed
of the status of the authorizations. It's fast and easy.
Family collection system: If
families are not paying, you can easily send special warning letters...and
track the status of these accounts.
