Cost to get started
Software: $870 + $125 for each therapist
Optional: Data conversion - $25 / hour
Optional: On-site installation, configuration and training -
$40 / hour
Flexible financing
- Three payment options
1. Pay cash upfront.
2. Pay over three years, at an annual interest rate of 6 percent.
3. Pay a flat monthly fee for a subscription to the software.
Continuing costs
Software maintenance agreement - $254 + $45 for each therapist
(Annually)
Optional: Quarterly support services - $50 + $15 for each therapist
(Quarterly)
Optional: Billing consultation - $254 + $45 for each therapist
(Annually)
Note: These
costs are spread over the service period, and billed monthly.
