many insurance clients...don't mind entering data twice...and
are OK with using accounting software for client billings.

software
Simple to use...but also, simple to make mistakes. The lack
of structure and error-checking...and the widespread redundancy
of data...results in a difficult experience for novice users.
What looks "easy"...isn't always easy.
High-end practice-management
systems
Impressive software...but expensive to buy...expensive to support...and
often hard to use.
