about the service...what the reports look like...and so on. You
will find a one-page "Request for Proposal" in the packet.
Mail in the "Request
for Proposal"
If you are interested in the service,
you will want to complete the one-page "Request for Proposal".
We base our fees on actual work done. So that we can give you an
accurate estimate of your costs, we will need some key statistics...on
intakes, sessions, and so on.
We'll also ask you to specify any special
needs you may have. Summit-Edge specializes in addressing special
needs. Perhaps, you need a special report...or you need to collect
special information. We will work with you on that!
Evaluate the
proposal...and select your options
We will prepare a proposal for you to review, select
options, and sign. Included with the proposal will be an analysis
of your options. We'll show you the programs that might fit your
needs...and what your costs will be. As this analysis is based on
your numbers (admits, sessions, etc.), you will find it very
easy to determine the program that is right for you. It is also
a great tool for comparing proposals.
In any case, if you like what you see, you'll accept
the proposal and send it back. That will set things in motion.
Review the implementation

After conferring with you, we
will plan and schedule the startup of services. We'll talk about
special needs, data conversion, software installation, and training.
The plan will be detailed and scheduled.
Convert data
(if applicable)
If data is going to be converted, it will likely happen
at this point. Data conversions could take different forms...depending
on the software you've been using...what you want to achieve...and,
of course, cost considerations.
On-site implementation
We will sit down with you and make sure everyone is
on the same page. We'll go over forms...discuss procedures...and
review reports. Services will not be initiated until you
and your staff are completely comfortable with the arrangement.
Summit-Edge provides a "data feedback" service...to
give you complete access to your data. Every week, you'll receive
a CD with all your data. During the implementation, we'll show you
how to use that system.
